Aberleys refused to acknowledge order of item whose description was misleading. Will not answer emails VERNON CA
Ordered cat carrier for cost of $40.86. Received said item. Discovered not as described. Per email, requested return instructions. Abberleys said they were "taking my request under consideration". Have refused to answer future emails and no action has berern instituted. I want to return item and get my credit back on card.
