Ability Capital Solutions Matrix Capital High Deposit-No Return Long Beach, California
I am also a victim with the same type of complaints that the others have written. I was promised a line of credit to make purchases for my new business and was told that things would be available within 30 days, but first, I had to make a sizeable down payment to pay for the first andlast months payments, which I did.
After about 5 months and lots of paperwork red tape and constant phone calls from the company, I was "approved" for about 15% of what I had been promised at a ridculously high interest rate. Afterwards, I requested paperwork to "unwind" the deal and get the remainder of my deposit back that wasn't used. I had to ask for the form at least 5 times and was told that it was "someone elses department" and that whey would get back to me.
So finally the paperwork was acknowleged, but I was told that I couldn't get any of the monies back because of their "processing fees". Then after I continued to badger them, I was told that I could get just over 30% of what is owed to me (I feel), again because of "processing" fees, but that it would take up to 8 weeks to deliver it to me. I'm still waiting.
Be smarter than I was. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. And by all means, DO NOT SEND THEM ANY MONEY UP FRONT.

File a complaint with the FTC

After investigating this company I have found NUMEROUS complaints of a similar nature with the BBB and lease police. I would like to suggest reporting this company to the FTC or federal trade commission. Although leasing companies are not highly regulated, they still work within the financial sector. The number of cases reported will only serve to support the preditory and premeditated nature of this company along with their unfair refund practices.
