Stephanie and Stacy from Able Housing contacted us to transport a mobile home that was abandoned by another mobile home transporter they had hired on 10/29/2015. After agreeing on 3200.00 to transport the home from Jacksonville to madisonville my company took possession of the home. We transported the 16x80 on monday 11/02/2015. The home was delivered, leveled and tied down. Before delivery we had to also contact Stacy and advise her that it would be nesessary to cut and trim trees to the  entrance of the property in orde to deliver the home. We would charge and additional $75.00 to do this. We where told to do so. The following business day my secretary emailed all the required documents to Able Housing, upon their review thay agreed that they had everything and also received a call frm then owner of the property we delivered the home to. The customer was delighted with our service. We where also guaranteed that the check for the full payment would be sent via FED EX. The following day my company called Able Housing to enquire about the payment and we where given the roun around. after numerous call we where told that we would have to talk to the owner for approval. We caled Friday to speak tothe owner and he refused to discuss anything with us. On 11/08/2015 I received text from Stact stating that the check is being cut and that she will send me the checkinfo through email. We still have not heard anything. They have given excuses stating that is the new employees fault Stacy to stateing that the lady that writes out the checks is not avalable. We have now learned that Able Housing has done this to many other contractors. hhey have been reported to the BBB over 10 times. Finally after contacting them for some answers Valerie told me she was tired of me calling. Really. We now beleive that Able housing along with Valerie, Stephanie, Stacy and the owners are running a scam. We will be seeking legal counsil and urge anyone who is considering doing any sort of dealings and or business with Able housing out of Roswell, GA to re-consider. They will not pay for any services they are rendered nor will they be honest or trustworthy.

Dispute of Non-Payment

#3UPDATE Employee ..inside information

Fri, November 13, 2015

This gentleman is making false statements against our company, as so many do who do not turn in all documents requested on time.  But the fact is, as the Bookkeeper, I know that all vendors are paid.  There may be disputes that delay this, there may be temporary help that causes the delays, and there may be delays from lack of W9, CI, signed work orders and photos.  There also are times when a 10 day turnaround is promised and this is something that is not possible under most circumstances.

This particular vendor was called on to do the work on 10/30, it is now only 11/13 - his W9 and CI were sent in on 10/39 but his invoice was not received till 11/3.  His invoice is in the process of being paid and WILL be paid.  But writing a report stating that we don't pay our vendors is a liablous remark and it also creates more delays as we have to stop and dispute the remarks.

As said, he will be paid.
