ABM management Bad service, no respect to homeowner Roslyn Heights New York

on January 9, 2017, I called the superintendent regarding the gas odor  at 9:06 PM. No one updated with me until January 10, 2017 at 10:34 AM.
On January 10, 2017 at 10:34 AM the superintendent informed me that he already called Con Edison for the gas odor.
On January 10, 2017, the problem had not been solved. The superintendent stated that he reported to the ABM Management Corporation for the situation. No one form the ABM Management Corporation informed me or provide any updates for the saturation.
The service provided by McCready & Rice Plumbing Inc. job dated on January 11,2017 was arranged by the ABM Management Corporation without my acknowledgement. The ABM management Corporation sent me an outragous bill $4,450.72 for the plumbing service without my agreement.
The cost and the details of the repairs by McCready & Rice Plumbing Inc. job dated on January 11,2017 had not been communicated with me either by written, oral, email or text as respect me as the right of the homeowner.
