Complaint Review: Abm security

My daughter has been telling me that she has been complaining to her job about the spiders. And I know that she can't work well with them around she said she feels unsafe that one will bit her. She has told them to call someone to spray but I guess they feel they don't have to work over there that it's okay. If someone was to take a look at the Guard shack they will see spiders every where. Nobody is or is trying to fix the issue she has told them lots of times.she has even stood outside half of her shift in the heat because of the spiders. I don't feel the director of Abm security should be the director she doesn't even care about her employees safety. And besides the spiders she treats my daughter and others that she don't like with no respect my daughter has pulled so many doubles for her and only worked with one or two off days within the two week period. The director has had one employee call the police on her because she went to her other job and watched her from the outside and this lady is still the director.
