ASK YOURSELF WHY MY NAME, COMPANY NAME AND PHONE NUMBER MENTIONED IN TITLE OVER AND OVER.....just so it gets picked up by Google......NO TRUTH TO CLAIM....RIP OFF REPOR VERIFIED!

I wanted to set the record straight so you our customer know the facts.

  • This has been confirmed by ROR as a fake review!!!
  • This customer does not exist.
  • The email was in and phone number were “bad”.


As the president and founder of the company, I take each and every customers total satisfaction extremely seriously. Trust and integrity are the cornerstones of my business and my personal reputation has been challenged as well as my company’s well-earned reputation as the leader in the auto appearance training industry.

Libelous words made by a competitor with the sole intent of persuading potential customers not to do business with my company has been proven and ROR has set the record straight and contacted the “so-called” customer only to receive bounced emails and a wrong telephone number.

Read below for interesting facts related to my PDR School and things you might find interesting while you conduct your research on the PDR industry.

Although this bogus false review was made by a competitor who has tried to damage my personal and company’s reputation. I guarantee the tools for life and offer unlimited training for higher learning and advanced certification. Class sizes are small and structured to teach you more in less time. You will learn to remove creases, hail damage, door dings, body line damage as well as larger dent removal.
We’ve all heard the expression that “you can’t make 100% of your customers happy 100% of the time”. Well we sure do try to and as a family run business, we pride ourselves on taking care of our customers and our employees. Your satisfaction is our satisfaction. We wouldn’t have been in business with so much repeat and referral business if we were doing bad business! We don’t treat you like a one time sale but like a part of our family. We pay your airfare, hotel, offer free workshops and unlimited training is part of the program. This is the most competitively priced program in the industry all designed to prepare you for doing Paintless Dent Repair.

After all, if a customer had any issue what so ever, doesn’t seem reasonable to assume the first stop would be to me the owner of the company or even their trainer or our customer service staff who are all onsite 5 days per week from early morning to closing? I would never let any issue go unresolved where my customer wasn’t completely satisfied. I would fix whatever the issue was and everyone would be happy…PERIOD!

Certainly a customer would contact the BBPE (the licensing body governing my school) and let them know our school is not holding up to their end of the bargain. They might even contact the BBB or the Business Consumer Alliance Group, both of which we have a perfect A+ rating. As you can see, it’s extremely unlikely that a customer would vent their review posting under a fictitious name, city and email account.

An intentional smear campaign started in 2004 against my company and 3 others in my business and realizing that more and more customers might believe the absurd reviews written by phony customers posting on this site with their wrong phone numbers and newly established email accounts, we felt it important to address this once and for all and put a stop to it!

All customers having posted on ROR have been contacted by email and attempted to be reached by phone and offered a full refund. They were not able to be reached by telephone as the numbers provided were incorrect.

They were requested to provide a copy of their invoice, a copy of their graduation photo with our staff and we would gladly refund their money for training.

NOT ONE PERSON DID SO and that is because the reports made were not true and done so to hurt my company’s reputation.

 
WE ARE A SERIOUS COMPANY for CUSTOMERS SEEKING THE BEST TRAINING!!!


This so-called complaint has been confirmed by IP Trace to be from a local competitor. We have identified the individual responsible and have taken legal action to stop the malicious and illegal acts. His company is neither licensed by any agency to offer training nor by State Attorney General to sell a business opportunity. He offers cheap training, cheap tools all for a cheap price. By the time you figure out you’ve been duped, it’s too late.  

All of our training is done so 1-on-1 or with a maximum of  3-to-1 instructor to student ratio. This false report is just that...FALSE!

We have made a request to provide your graduation picture taken upon completing our course and enrollment document or invoice and NOBODY RESPONDED!

This is a very clear attempt to damage the reputation of a quality company!

This is sad that any bozo can hide behing the keyboard and type slanderous and false information to damage the well-earned reputation of a GOOD BUSINESS.

LET ME REITERATE for customers researching our business:

This FALSE REPORT has been made and confirmed to be from a COMPETITOR intending to SLANDER and harm my company.

Their IP address has been confirmed and Rip Off Report has determined that all the reviews made were FALSE and intended to DAMAGE my company.

I am extremely confident you will find my school to be top notch and professional that your airfare and hotel expenses are “on me” so you can see the quality first hand before attending our school……That is how confident I am in the quality we offer everyone of our students.

Legal Action has been initiated against this individual! He has been doing this for years and it's not only dirty, but ILLEGAL! Your attempt to litter your FALSE Complaint with keywords that Google will pick up and place in the search results is obvious and very sad!

  • My company is registered with the State Attorney General with NO COMPLAINTS!
  • My company is registered with the Business Consumer Alliance Group with aAAA Rating!
  • My company is registered with the Better Business Bureau with a AAA Rating!
  • My customers are extremely happy and satisfied with their experience.
  • I have been in the business for 23 years and if I ever had a customer that wasn't satisfied for any reason, I WOULD HANDLE THE ISSUE IMMEDIATELY!
  • We have offered this so called unhappy customer to provide a copy of your enrollment document and invoice for a FULL REFUND…..Simply Upload your graduation photo to prove you are a student of my school…..THIS DIDN'T HAPPEN!


Again, the statements made by this competitor in his multiple reports are flat out lies intended to harm my company's reputation and persuade you to do business with his. Do your research; I believe you will find he is not licensed to offer training in California and does not comply with the SAMP ACT with the State Attorney General's Office.

 This is a WARNING to all those who are considering taking Paintless dent removal training with the Dingking.

 

I filed a complaint and asked for our money back but was refused. We WILL be seeking further damages and getting our money back.

1) MY partner and I recently took their "PDR 40" course and were promised 8 hours of training a day.

WE got 5-6 hours ONLY. 25-30 hours for the whole WEEK!!!

2) The price we paid seemed very fair and was cheaper than most other schools-we paid $5000 for both of us total, including tools, airfare, hotel lodging, and training. I spoke with others there and they paid $7500 EACH! and some even more, so I felt like we got a good deal, until a realized we were all training together in a huge group and no one was getting attention.

 

3) The trainer frequently left us all alone and no one even watched us work.

 

4) The tools we were promised were supposed to be a large set- we got 29 pieces, most of which looked like coat hangers which couldn't remove a dent and bent!

 

5) We worked on one car which seemed like a joke at the end of the week, and had no idea what to do. I admit one week is a short time, but Todd PROMISED us we could do dents by the end of the week which NO ONE there could and he tried to upsell us on EVERYTHING:

Said we needed to upgrade our tools, we needed to upgrade our training to two weeks, we needed to uprgrade to get glue pullers and on and on.
ITs nothing more than a HUGE bait and switch!!!

 

6) We were told we would be training on actual cars and learning bodylines, creases and glue pulling which we never were taught.

Our trainer spent almost the whole week showing us how to do soft dents which are nothing like you see on car lots.

 

DO NOT GO TO THE DINGKING for PAINTLESS DENT REPAIR TRAINING!! RIP OFF ARTISTS AND LIARS!! I learned more on YOUTUBE than my time there!!

Trust me this is not a competitor making a false report. I actually attended the WORTHLESS Class in Arlington where LEE ROTH was the Instructor. I paid $5000.00 and learned nothing. What TODD claims is a School is nothing more than a dirty garage where TODD has LEE ROTH as the instructor. My aforementioned complaint states what went on, and what a RIP OFF this class is that TODD SUDECK and LEE ROTH teach. Know this TODD, I WILL NOT STOP!, So brush up on your research skills on trying to find everywhere I post the truth about your SCAM!!!!

 

Oh TODD, by the way. Stop posting the same copy and paste statement to all the RIP OFF reports. I hope everybody that reads your reply see they are all the same. Typical Lazy owner.... frequent and reoccuring errors.

This is a competitor intending to SLANDER and harm my company.

(I know who you are - BRIAN J.) and will be filing a lawsuit against you and your company to STOP THE NEGATIVE and ILLEGAL ACTS! You've been doing this for year's and it's not only dirty, but ILLEGAL! Your attempt to littter your FALASE Complaint with keywords that Google will pick up and place in the search results is obvious and very sad!

  • My company is State Licesned to operate a school with NOT ONE COMPLAINT!
  • My company is Registered with the State Attorney General with NO COMPLAINTS!
  • My company is Registered with the Business Consumer Alliance Group (Formely The Better Business Bureau) with a AAA Rating and NO COMPLAINTS!
  • My customers are extremely happy and satisfied with their experience.
  • I have been in the business for 21 years and if I ever had a customer that wasn't satisifed for any reason, I WOULD HANDLE THE ISSUE IMMEDIATELY! I welcome this person to provide a copy of your enrollment document and invoice for a FULL REFUND.....That's how I handle my business!
