I bought a new manufactured home, as a first time home buyer I did not know anything about set ups and contractors. I talked with John and told him that the home will be delivered on april 21st and that I needed to move on the 30th. The home got delivered on the 21st. He performed work and did not show on friday. Showed on Saturday the 23 and said he will return easter sunday. Did not show. did not show on monday... showed on tuesday after calling him. did not show on Wednesday. After calling him with legal threats he showed on thursday briefly... It is now Tuesday and no show for 5 days. Buyer Beware!!!!!!!!! The house is only 85% complete :(

Contractor called and appoligized about the massive delay in getting the house project done. Still needs to improve comunication to the customer when delays happen
