Complaint Review: Above The Rest Limousine Services

Let me tell your would be limo renters about this company, on 6-30-2010, i met one of the limo drivers in Food-Lion parking lot in Rocky Point ,NC to look at the car and to pay for it, i gave the driver $270.00 cash because she stated the had to have cash, she gave me a receipt, i needed the limo for the next day 70th birthday party, later the evening my daughter was killed in a car accident, so instead of a party people came to our house to help as much as the could, everyone that we had rented items returned money we had given them except, Guess who? So called above the rest limo service, and they also refuse to call me back, I,ve gone as far as having someone else call for me, just to talk to someone there. When i was trying to hire their services i didn't have any problems, now i can't even get a return call back, there are some good transport limo services out there this is not one of them. UNPROFESSIONAL.
