Complaint Review: Absolute Air

   Absolute air installed an airconditioning unit in the basement of my home.  They did not pay close attention to where the water would drain.  They promise on their website that they go above and beyond to ensure that they do not make mistakes or overlook small things like other companies do.  Well they had the AC unit drain into a small hole that was not a drain.  It ended up causing a small flood in my basement.  When I contacted them about the problem they told me that it was not their fault and that they could come and place a pump to take care of the water problem for a large fee.  I tried to talk to various people at the company about the problem and got the run around. 

   They were unwilling to fix the problem that they caused, they did not live up to what they said on their website, and they would not even admit that they had made a mistake.  I was very dissapointed with their honesty and their customer service.  I would never use them again.
