Absolute awesome stuff Charged my cc and has not delivered shoes will not respond to emails Internet

I ordered a pair of high top sneakers from Absolute Awesome Stuff on July 27, 2017 and have not gotten them as of 9/2/17. 

Right after the order was placed they sent a confirmation email saying 4 - 6 weeks for delivery and a link to track my order.

Well, 5 weeks later and no tracking number to associate with this order. I have emailed customer service(??) 5 times. This was their first response on 8/14,

We apologize for the delay and for the inconvenience that this may have caused, 
Regarding your order . I am trying my very best to get an update from USPS but unfortunately they just provided me with this message " Sorry, the tracking system is having technical difficulties. Please try your search again later. 
Don't worry I will send you an email once I got an update from them.
Drop me a line if I can do anything else for you."
 
After my 2nd & 3rd email they responded with: 
 
"Thank you for reaching us.

We apologize for the inconvenience that this may have caused and for the delay of your shipment,

We are currently having system issues also with USPS, I am still waiting for them to provide us with the Tracking information and also for the arrival date of your shipment.

I am trying my very best to check it with them from time to time but as of the moment due to a high call volume I cant get a hold of a representative.

Rest Assured that I will send an email once I got an email or a call from them.

Fourth, fifth and sixth emails receive no response. Called their number and either get a hangup or message no one is there to answer call. I researched and found their website is temporary (less than 12 months) and listed in Canada, but are hiding their real identity location.
 
When my order was placed there was no notation of a "foreign transaction fee, but whenI got my cc bill it was there, $.64 foreign transaction fee. If I had seen that on the order page it would have been a red flag for me and I would never have ordered from them. I have now called my credit card company to dispute the charges and it is now in their hands. I doubt that I will ever get my merchandise, but at least I won't be stuck paying for it either. 
 
So, do not ever order from this company. I doubt that they even exist.
