Complaint Review: Absolute Flood Response

This is a terrible company and they will take advantage of you, deliver sub-standard work and rip you off every way they can! I've never seen anything like this in my life. I would not give this company even one star. We had a very small flood on our kitchen and this company managed to turn it into WORST experience I have ever had. They set up fans and then when I asked them to remove the fans they told me that "didn't have anyone in the field" that could remove them until next week. Then they billed me several hundred dollars a day for EACH of the days that THEY left the fans there! THEY SENT ME A BILL FOR $5000 FOR FANS!! They do this because they are experts in ripping off insurance companies so they leave these fans in the house for as long as possible, even when you explicity ask them to remove the d**n fans! I have hired many service companies and I have never seen a shadier or more unscrupulous company in my life. Then, they dented our fridge and tracked muddy footprints through the house. The contractor that came in after them said that he hears complaints about this company ripping people off all the time and that it's not the first time he has had to come in to repair damage that they have caused. STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS SHADY COMPANY AS YOU CAN!
