Complaint Review: Absolute k-9 services

Our experience with Eric Winsted was completely positive from start to finish. I am a mother of four and a first time Malinois owner. Eric spent two hours on the phone with me to determine if a Malinois would be the right choice for our family. He was very adamant that she would be high maintenance and need a lot of exercise and a job to keep her occupied. He did not try to sell us a puppy. He was very concerned that we not get a dog we couldn't handle. I raised Siberian Huskies for 23yrs. I truly appreciated the time he took to educate us on the breed. We received pictures of the puppies via email. Eric let us know which of the puppies were appropriate for our purpose. We selected our dog and sent the rest of the money. Eric shipped her to us at 8 weeks of age. She has been a delight. She is small but elegant. Her personality is typical for the breed including her loyalty and devotion to our family. Almost everyone we meet comments on her conformation. We have had requests from trainers to breed her. I contacted Eric again to ask his opinion if it would be better to breed her or just buy another puppy when we are ready. He said if we really liked her personality, we should go ahead and breed her with a Malinois of similar temperment. I have had to deal with several puppy mills in the past as I was involved in Husky rescue and Eric Winsted gives absolutely no indication that he is anything other than a legitimate breeder.

Eric,

I am not trying to strong arm you, nor am I trying to slander your company. I am only trying to have your future buyers, ask you the correct questions before purchasing a dog from your facilities.

You have publically called me crazy and that I have a crazy dog and you would never allow me to breed my dog. I told you my Male Malinoise had bitten me, but I also told you it was ONCE and it was during a training period. I also told you my husband was the alpha and that I wanted Kasey as my own. You agreed at that time. If you though the puppy was going into such a bad enviornment, why would you go ahead with the sale? Why would you change you company name to Strike Team K9 Academy, now on puppy find.com other than to mislead potential buyers.

I do not want my money back, I do not want to give the dog back. I only want what was guaranteed at time of purchase. A puppy with all registrations. Anything less would be an untruthful sale. I truely believe if no papers are available than yes partial payment SHOULD be returned.

Anyone reading this could see this is a reasonable request and not a STRONG ARM tactic.

As I will say that Absolute K-9 Services is a Police and Military Training Facility with the highest standards in the industry. We are an extreme small breeder of the Worlds Top Working Dogs. We do not sell dogs as Pets and for breeding. We do not promote people that do not know what they are doing to breeding the Extreme Working Dogs. All dogs here are sold under contract so the client knows our rules. All dogs are sold with a FULL Health Certificate by a Vet. We give in writing a 3 Year Health Guarantee and a 1 Year Work Ability Guarantee on all dogs.

This client has been the worst client and most untruthful person you will ever meet. It started for with that she had a male Belgian Malinois that was so aggressive that it bite her in the face leaving bad scares. She need help with the dog. I was my recommandation that he dog was not stable and was very dangous. She said she loved the breed and wanted to start over. She wanted to try a female and not a male this time, she told us. Come to find out that she was lying the whole time. she wanted to purchase one of our EXTREMELY well breed dogs to breed it with the CRAZY Male dog she has. WE DO NOT sign off on the paper work to give the clients breeding right and would not condone her to breed our Incredible Line with some Unstable Dog. She then started saying the puppy was mean. We told he to bring her back and let us see and if the dog is not a Working Dog we would replace it under contract. She REFUSED to do that. Then started trying to give us more money if we would give her the breeding rights. We refused to do so! It is not about money here but about quality. She then started sending pictures of her male and the puppy stating " wouldn't they make great puppies". 

She has lied from the begining and is trying to strong arm us to give her breeding rights to our lines. IT"S NOT GOING TO HAPPEN!

(1) Faults - Puppy was 8 weeks old and examind by Vet with Full Health Certificate (2) Faults - Our dog our not inbreed - She was provided with Full Pedigrees and Registration Paper (with out breeding right) to the puppy (3) True - The IT Company we hire to do our website did not take the litter off the website and she thinks we are magic and can breed dogs in 3 months (we only breed 2-3 litters a year)

We are happy to show any one that she has made faults statements about us and that she flat lies.

(1) Happy to produce the contract and Health Certificate  (2) Happy to produce all emails about all she wanted is breeding rights (3) Happy to produce emails that state were we stand behind our dogs and if the dog was not a working dog we would replace it under contract (4) Happy to produce statement from her credit card company were she tried to put a stop payment on it and they found in favor of us NOT HER. (5) Happy to produce all her crazy text messages about her wanting to breed the pup to her crazy male
