What I signed up for was a $4.95 bottle.  Nowhere did it say I was going to be set up on a $79.99 payment per month. It is a pending charge and when I called to talk to them about it, they said I am out of luck.  I will not get my money back, but they were able to cancel my "contract" with them.  I NEVER signed anything to make it a "contract".  It is sad how dishonest these people are.  I told them I need a refund and they said no.  I asked to speak to a manager and he said they are all busy.  Then "Marcus" tells me the hours they are available and when I call back the are CST not west coast.....so of course he LIED.  I wish I would have listened when something inside of me said......RUN!  I am calling again tomorrow.  And we will see what happens.  I am pretty sure I am screwed.

Same here.  Ordered what was implied was free samples and all I had to do was pay the shipping.  Approx 10 days after receiving the product, more than $200 was taken out of my bank account without my permission.  When I called to cancel and had the charges reversed, they pretty much told me that I should've know better and it was a "membership."  Also, that I should've read my invoice.  Nothing came with the product....just 2 bottles in an envelope, no paperwork.  Things like this should be illegal.  DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT!!

To be fair the charge is listed in their Terms and Conditions.  I'm not saying that it's right, but it is legal.  As soon as I read them I immediately emailed and called multiple times in order to cancel my order and "membership" to their auto ship program.

According to their T&C simply using their website a consumer agrees to the additional charges.  My lesson learned is to read before I click the order button, or to stay away from online vitamin/supplements/"miracle" pills and buy my vitamins at pharmacy.
