these scum baggs came into my office sold me a suposed high end alarm with a high end price.  We signed a contract for service and the salesman who was aldso the owner compuletely missrepresented the product and service they provided.   I bought the system outright and was told i could cancel the monerting if i found a better deal.  it took me a week to find out i was scameed and tried to cancel the contract they sued me.  when we showed up in court the owner fabricated evidence and lied to the judge in open court.

Here is the moral of the story  the monitering fee you all pay between $20.00 and $40.00 dallars a month only cost them 3.00 a month the rest is there proffit.

The system you buy for $400.00 or more cost them less then $100.00  most are around $50.00 for a residential application

This is how i got screwed and i am not the only one they have sued 25 people in my county alone this year.  this is only the ones who stand up to them.  the rest just lay down and take it.

The worst thing is that they pass them selves off as ADT DEALERS and they are screwing them as well.

Pass the word and dont let anyone else get taken

#2REBUTTAL Owner of company

As one of the owners of this company that has been in this business for over 15 years in Vero Beach and have thousands of satisfied customers.  I can tell you that customer service, catering and caring for our client base is our number one focus and is the main reason for our continued success.  This is the first complaint that we have ever had posted on the internet that questioned our integrity and I think you can draw your own conclusions  based on how eloquently this complaint was written and the fact that a Florida judge clearly ruled in our favor (and I assure you there were no fabrications).

This is one of those individuals who received discounted equipment with a monitoring agreement attached then simply decided not pay for it. All terms of this agreement were clearly disclosed and clearly stated on the monitoring agreement.  This is why the Judge is requiring that the cost of the equipment and the balance of the agreement must be paid in addition to court costs.   In response to his statements that the equipment he chose to purchase (and have installed by our employees), can be purchased and shipped out in a box for less money than we charge to send a technician out and install, program, test, and demonstrate the operation is a normal assumption.  As far as I know, businesses are in business to make money and cover their overhead including equipment, employee costs, and insurance.   We do everything we can to satisfy our clientele, but if they choose to not pay for the services we have rendered and the equipment that we have installed, we will certainly protect our rights and collect the monies owed to us.
