Complaint Review: Absolute Reservations

Absolute reservations is THE worst company i have ever dealt with. It took 5 phone calls to get a confirmation letter. Everytime I called Someone different would tell me its in the mail. I finally had them email it to me. Each time I talked to some Jack, Jessica, Dani, and many others they told me my reservation for the Calypso Kay was confirmed and thats where I was expected. I got to Florida and Checked in and I was in the Howard Johnson!!! Run down hotel!!! NO One would return calls and at 9:00 am when they were soppose to open, I was getting the message for operating hours. 2 hours later I was still getting this message. And the 90 minute presentation. try 3hours and 30 mintues!! This place is an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!!! DO NOT EVER DEAL WITH THEM! YOUR VACATION WILL BE SCREWED UP!
