Absolute Reservation Center RIPOFF POOR SERVICE, GIVES THE RUN AROUND ORLANDO Florida
My friends and I bought this package back in May for our graduation trip. what sounded better than fort lauderdale, orlando and the bahamas right? After sending in all of our money: reservation fees, activation fees port fees, early usage fee (because we were choosing a date with in 45 days) we heard NOTHING! for about 3 months.
Now it is the end of August. I was actually suprised when Tammie called me. Shes a very nice lady but is only available when she thought i needed to pay more fees. She lead me to believe that everything was taken care of and that I would be receiving a confirmation soon. Please define soon.
We've booked our flight already and am still waiting on our hopefully valid confirmations. Our trip is now scheduled for Sept 15 its hurricane season, we shouldnt run into problems getting a hotel. additionally the average customer service ending of a phone call "please don't hesitate to call if you have further questions" is just that an ending. After calling long distance to speak to a receptionist who "can no longer help me" I am here once again another day with out definate plans. Well what is the ending of this story? im not sure, tomorrow is another day.

I went to my bank today and they said it may be too late but they can file a claim against the particular company and try to do something about it. It is worth a try.
