TURNED US IN TO COLLECTION AGENCY BECAUSE WE WANTED TO TRANSFER OUR ACCOUNT FROM CALIF. TO AZ, AND THEY WOULD NEITHER TRANSFER OR SEND US AN AMOUNT TO CANCEL. NO RESPONSE AT ALL, THEN WE GET A LETTER FROM A COLLECTION AGENCY. THEY ARE UNDERHANDED JERKS. THEY LOVE TO JERK YOU AROUND. Fredericksburg Virginia
All We wanted was to have our service transferred to AZ from CA, but they would not do it, so then we asked for a cancellation, with the amount we would owe. We have been transferred around to just about everyone in this company by phone. All our correspondence was ignored.
They never responded, but turned us in to a collection agency. The agency threaten us with having to go to court.
So we paid the collection agency, now we are wondering if "ROSENTHAL, MORGAN AND THOMAS, INC" is also going to rip us off.
Be very careful who you sign a contract with.. A final note, we have all kinds of documentation concerning this transaction.
