I'm devastated by the boat' broker Paul Jackson and even more by his wife, whom he had introduced to me as his partner.

I've flown 24 hours from NY to see and possible buy a S/V Nauticat 44 Simba.

I've made a $18900 deposit to Mr. Jackson. The boat didn't do well during the survey showing 20 points of serious

problems inscluding the osmosis blistering in several places. Base on the results of the survey, I've sent leter of a

rejection of the boat, as its been stated in the contract. In return Mr. Jackson brought to my hotel the seller of the boat

demending from me a contribution in amount of $4000 to the seller to be subtracted from my deposit.

When I've  refused the seller jump on me with his fists. It was a horrible episode of pure strait forward extortion and a bridge of the contract. By threatening me not to return my deposit in full, like it written in the contract, Mr. Jackson force me to release $1000 from my deposit to the seller.  My worning to all boates on a market - DO NOT GO THERE.
