Complaint Review: Abyss by Abby

Abyss by Abby I purchased a dress and it came damaged. I was told to return it. I paid to return it and was denied the return and now they have both my dress and my money. Australia Internet

 I purchased a dress in april of 2017! I received it and it was damaged. I emailed the company to try and return it. I was told to send it back and they would refund me. She asked if I had worn it. It was in the exact condition I received it. Since it was damaged, I did not want to pay for return shipping. They refused to send me a label so she told me to pay for the shipping and include the receipt in the package. Upon receipt of the dress, They would refund me as well as refund the shipping. Well on June 7, 2017, thegbemailed me and said they received my dress and have denied refund. They claim that the dress was not damaged when they sent it out. Well it was!! It has now been two months and I have yet to receive a refund. They have the dress and they have my money. They will not email me back and it is the only way to contact them.
