AC Entertainment in Knoxville TN disrespects customers!
I went to a concert in Knoxville, TN with tickets purchased via the phone to be picked up at will call. Fiasco at the front gate caused a line at the will call with at least an hour wait as the concert started. I just bought another ticket (along with two of my friends) expecting to get reimbursed.
Three phone calls ensued over the next month with disrespectful employees of AC calling me a liar. The employees supervisor never returned my call. I then sent a certified letter to CEO Ashley Capps with no response.
I truly hope this is a just universe and AC entertainment and the associated employees get theirs in the end (pun intended).
