This Friday will be 6 weeks since my 4 boxes left Miami for Caracas. Angel of AC Expo always advised it would take 3 weeks to arrive in Maracaibo. I have used his services for 3 months and not one time have my boxes been received in Caracas even within 4 weeks.
The first time 5 weeks and they initially refused to deliver to the recipient. The second time was 6 weeks and my recipient had to pick up the boxes. This shipment will also be 6 weeks this upcoming Friday. I will never use AC Expo again nor recommend their services!!!! I still have not been contacted regarding the 4 boxes as of today.
Este viernes serán 6 semanas desde que mis 4 cajas salieron de Miami hacia Caracas. Ángel de AC Expo Houston siempre informó que tomaría 3 semanas llegar a Maracaibo. He usado sus servicios durante 3 meses y ni una sola vez he recibido mis cajas en Caracas, incluso dentro de las 4 semanas.
La primera vez 5 semanas e inicialmente se negaron a entregar al destinatario. La segunda vez fue 6 semanas y mi destinatario tuvo que recoger las cajas. Este envío también será de 6 semanas el próximo viernes. Nunca volveré a usar AC Expo ni recomendaré sus servicios !!!! Todavía no me han contactado con respecto a las 4 cajas a partir de hoy. ---------------------------
