I was referred to them in reference to my daughters need for a new wheelchair for her severe cerebral palsy.  This company never called back after several calls. They were clueless when I spoke with Helen, who has zero clue about anything.  Jim never called me back one to time and I has to call the referring company to try to get any help.  Still no calls.  Asked to speak with a manager, as my daughter has been a month the without a chair and on the floor.  We had gone to her do for, filled out all the paperwork and now we have to start the entire process again.  The manager, Buong, was clueless on billing and was very rude.  This company completely dropped the ball and could care less about the disabled and need to be shut down.  This process should never have taken so long from the start with it going into more the with a broken chair and no e could get her a temp one?  Now I have to start all over.  This hurts those who are disabled in such a huge way and literally disables the entire family.  Ignorance and greed over humanity.  Stay far away from them.  They are rude and clueless.
