AC Wholesalers Lied about shipping date. Lied repeatedly. They dismissed all my concerns. Admitted it was everyone else's fault but theirs. Doral Florida
I ordered from AC Wholesalers (acwholesalers.com) and the website said the product would ship in 2-3 days.
I was forced to print, scan, and e-mail back a form because it was being shipped to an alternate address (from my billing address).
AC Wholesalers neglected to tell me that the thermostat with the furnace wouldn't come in for 30 days, and my order didn't ship for 30 days. I called a few times and was continually lied to about ship date and transit time.
Plan for 3-6 weeks if you order from this fraudulent company. Regardless of what they tell you. SO Frustrating!!!
