Here's job description:   Academy of Designing, Inc. is a design school and company.  We only work with reliable and checked up clients. We treat security of our agents, clients and our own one seriously. We screen out potential clients by means of the most robust and complicated screening systems, including ChoicePoint (verifying client's personal information) and LexisNexis (revealing previous criminal activities). The strategy of the company is to be an agent for customers and designers. Marketing strategy is to offer best service and quality for reasonable prices and develop worldwide. We have designers from different countries. Our business model: Sales Managers find customers, Project Managers lead design projects, and Financial Managers complete projects.  We develop and we are looking for one more Financial Representative who will act as a registered agent to perform the duties. Responsibility is to transfer the money from the customers to the designers on time according to the guidelines provided. You will have 2-3 transactions per week. The amount of each transaction is different and depends on the scale of the project only. You will be notified by phone call about the upcoming transaction and will receive the guidelines to your e-mail. You will receive the payment from the customer and will need to confirm the receipt of it. After that you will come to the bank, take your commission and send the rest to the designer. You will receive wire transfers (bank to bank way of payment) and you will send wire transfers. You will work through business bank account, Not personal one. You will need to register properly with the Secretary of your State to set up a business bank account. Your fixed salary will be $2'000/month and you will have 3% commission that you receive immediately when you make a transaction. Due date when you receive fixed salary is the date of signing the Agreement. The company covers expenses connected with registration (you will need to show the receipts).   In my turn I need to know the following information: 1) How many hours are you ready to work? Usually to make the transaction you may need 2-3 hours (get to the bank, deduct your commission, fill out the papers to transfer money) 2) What is the most preferable time for work? Morning or day time? This is needed for me to estimate your time because the transaction must be made the same day. 3)  Why do you consider yourself being perfect for this position?
