Complaint Review: ACADEMY OF HEALING ARTS

I am so very disgusted with the SCAMMERS @ Academy of Healing Arts & All involved in the False information, they gave at the time of enrollment into their Medical Assistant Program! I was more than ready to further my career and they made the 7 month program sound like "all that & a bag of chips"! I enrolled 6/23/2009 and began my first day of School on 7/15/2009! I was pretty proud of myself in Graduating with a 3.8 GPA & being out of High School since 1988! Needless to say...when myself & my classmates walked across the stage to receive our diplomas...we received a rolled up piece of paper stating "Congratulations Graduate"! On this rolled up piece of paper it also stated Transcripts & Diplomas would be ready soon...but you must be cleared through financial aid & career center!! Why the financial aid Dept? I'm not sure, considering they were fraudulent with Their handling of Federal aid and was later found on 3/18/15 by determination of investigation, that AHA derived 85.04% of it's cash basis from Title IV HEA funds ,which totalled $2,824,476.00!

Also as far as the Career Dept....what a waste of time and false promises in informing enrollees that they would strive to assist all Graduates, with Job Placement, once you graduate! Never receiving transcripts or a diploma really sickens me and I'm not sure how any of them involved can "SLEEP AT NIGHT"? AS FAR AS I am concerned....they caused us all unnecessary debt for the rest of our lives with student loans for a Bogus line of B.S....They AHA, should have been made to pay back the student loans that was given to Us enrollees!! After all....I've got no Diploma to show all my hard work,blood sweat n tears or just to be proud of...all I have is heartache & debt & wasted time, for thinking I was furthering My Career!!!
