I went on line to order a "free Trial Sample". I did not agree to purchase addition product. I did check the agree to terms box. I received more product in the mail. I marked on it refused return to sender. They refused the shipment. I did not even get a change to try the free trial. It's still sealed un-opened. This is false advertising. The one good thing I time was put the free trial price for shipping on a pre-paid debit card. I don't know how they will try to charge me on it. There is nothing free about this product, it's a rip-off to keep billing credit cards for more and more money with no way of returning addition product that wasn't ordered.
