I was charged $5.95 for Acai Berry product that I did not receive.

On 2/4/09 I was charged $88.52 for Acai Berry Tea that I did not receive or authorize charge.

On 2/16/09 I was charged $94.57 for Acai Berry that I have not received or authorized charge.

I called the 866 number and was informed that I did not cancel my trial membership within 14 days. I never received any product to cancel. I was told by the rep that the $88.52 would be refunded to my credit card, but the $94.57 product has already been shipped and I must return it before I can be refunded the $94.57. I was informed by the rep that my membership was cancelled.

This company is a rip-off. I'm glad I keep check on recent transactions to my credit cards.
