Complaint Review: Acai Berry Detox - FWM Laboratories

This is the biggest rip off scam on the internet.  I should have never clicked on the order now button.  I did receive a call from a customer rep clarifying my order and told them specifically I did not want their product and they were to not send it to me or charge my account.  Lo and behold they did not listen to me.  They charged my account and then to try and get in touch with a knowledgeable represenative to refund my money was like pulling teeth.

I had to wait on hold for 30 minutes and then finally leave a message for a supervisor.  The customer service reps can not do anything so I would suggest if you have any problems at all to contact a manager.  I have put a block on my account from this company and suggest if any one thinks this is a good deal to read the other rip off reports because this is a scam!!  Not good and protect yourself, don't do it!
