Complaint Review: Acai Berry Fit Factory Acai Berry Easy30daythinfulfillment

I ordered acai berry from fit factory and itdidn't arrive but I got billed 29.95. I called fitfactory (customer service) who returned my money. Still not product.

It was a 14 day trial. On day 14, I recieved package and a new 89.31 fee from easy 30 day thin, who I didn't order from.

The switch of companies cancelled fit factory and now I am callin a (toll free, not!) and now I'm paying long distance fees to get a recording to call back.
"They are too busy".

I have notified the scam dept of ftc and canceled my bank card but still no refund and no way to cancel an account I never had with easy 30 day thin.

I am disabled and have diabetes which is why I tried it plus, it was "as seen on TV", Oprah, Rachel Ray, Abc and others. Just because it is seen on Tv doesn't mean the show approved it as I leanered the hard way.

I can't afford this and Fit Factory did get the first 29.95 back for me. Then Easy 30 day thin took over without my consent or knowledge until it appeared on my account. So they switched in order to continue charging me.

While on phone to bank, another call came in from (supposidly) my bank offering free gas and they knew my account. I asked the real bank person who or if this was something my bank was doing. They said no. I'd already blocked my account. But Easy 30 day thin got to me anyways. Yes, Ifiled a complaint with my bank.

Don't try acai beryy anything. It will ruin your account.
