Complaint Review: Acai Berry - Fullfillment

Placed order Oct. 26. Never received pills. Called company on Nov. 8 to cancel within 14 day trial period; which would have ended Nov. 9. Said pills were shipped out Nov. 6. How was I supposed to even try them if Ididn't receive them in time? Wanted to still cancel. Representative said my account had already been canceled. Gave me confirmation #.

Called my credit card company Nov. 9. Account was charged $87.13. Called Acai Berry. No satisfaction. Called credit card company. Spoke with Fraud Dept. They're handling it now.
