No information of any kind included with "trial" shipment. Then the nightmare begins approx 15-20 days later with an auto charge and ship.
This is actually a "membership", Renewal Program( their words) with monthly auto shipments @ 79.95 plus 5.95 shipping charges. Information spelling out conditions/ commitment and "instructions" for canceling the second shipment were included in the second shipment, NOT with the trial shipment.
Any attempts following their instructions for cancellation or return were useless. The email address wasn't valid and no phone or fax was provided, nor an order #. I will resort to USPS Certified notification and changing my credit card number.
Acai Berry Maxx and/or FX Supplements are involved in a very ugly flimflam scam. Don't get caught! It'll cost you a $85.90 auto charge EVERY month.
