Complaint Review: Acai Berry Maxx

Below is the agreement displayed when I asked for FREE trial offer. I am very careful about these types of offers and checked carefully to see if automatic shipments and charges would apply. As you can see, nothing was said about automatic shipments or charges when ordering the free trial offer by paying shipping and handling. And I did not receive an e-mail notice of either shipment. I received my free trial and about 2 months later, I received a shipment with 2 bottles. I'm sure my credit card has been billed for these 2 bottles.

I have sent the product back using information on this website. We will see what happens. Also sent two emails one to the email address in the agreement below and one to cancel@acaiberrymaxx.com as listed in this web site. Here is the agreement:

"WHEN WILL YOUR ORDER SHIP?
We process and ship orders Monday thru Friday, excluding major holidays (if they happen to fall within the work week). We process and ship orders up until 5:00 PM Cnetral Standard Time, Monday thru Friday.
Please note that due to credit card company approval procedures, there could be a delay if billing information is inaccurate, or if billing and shipping addresses are different.
You will receive an email from us when your order ships.
