I suggest you first contact your bank or credit card company to stop any future unauthorized charges to your account.

From the web address listed I believe that your product came from SFL Nutrition, LLC, 127 NW 13th Street, Suite 4, Boca Raton, FL 33432-1632. See my ripoff report regarding these same people and website.

I urge you to make a report to the Palm Beach County Division of Consumer Affairs
50. S. Military Trail Suite #201
West Palm Beach, FL 33415

561-712-6600 (Direct - Ask for Investigator Daniel Dodson)
561-712-6610 (Fax)

They are very familiar with SFL Nutrition, LLC and the various companies associated with them such as "AcaiBerry Tea Plus", "The AcaiBerry Max Shop", and "Acai" aka "Advance Wellness Research" to name but a few that I know of. They operate under numerous company names but they all seem to tie back to SFL Nutrition, LLC. The Consumer Affairs Office has received numerous complaints about them from other people regarding being unable to contact the company, the inability to cancel orders and multiple unauthorized charges being made to people accounts. They are hoping to be able to compile enough information to turn the case over to the Attorney General for prosecution. Please make a report to Mr. Dodson.

I wish people would quit responding to ANY advertisement they see on TV or hear on the radio with the 800 numbers, and for goodness sake, DON'T give your credit information to a computer voice on the phone, or a live voice either.

Have you noticed, They don't tell you the whole story till AFTER they get your credit information. There is a reason for that and it doesn't do any good to tell them that "I don't want that added to my order" comment. They always say that they will not add it to your account, BUT they do, anyway. Ignore all TV & Radio Commercials, you will be richer if you do and don't believe anything they tell you or guarantee you. Please use common, everyday horse sense. Remember, you're not going to lose weight and eat any and all you want by simply taking a pill.
