I ordered "free" trial of acai burn on Jan. 11th. The same day in another package I received a product called colon cure which I did not order. There was no return address or info on the package or on the bottle. I found a "phony" phone number on the bottle which comes up busy 24 hours a day.

My doctor said not to use the products so I contacted the acai berry number to arrange a return. They were quite nice and gave me a "return authorization" number and told me to put the number both inside and outside the package. I also sent the product "Priority" with an confirmation of delivery to make sure it arrived before the 30th of Jan.

When I questioned them about the "colon cure" they "said" it wasn't their product & didn't know "who" sent it. So I sent the acai burn back early on the 26th. The same day 2 charges of $89.14 showed up on my CC with a name of a company I never heard of out of "Sandy Utah", along with 2 charges of $4.95 for a so called "web access" or something like that.

I called my CC company and told them the story and they are investigating. They cancelled my CC account and backed off the charges. Today, I received a package in the mail from a place with the initials FCM on the top, along with an address and phone # from Sandy, UT! It was a different phone # than what was on the colon cure bottle I received earlier in the month.

I did NOT open this package but I did try calling the number and "finally" got through. The girl I spoke with said it was their package and it contained some kind of colon cleansing product. I told her I was sending it back and I had never ordered it and I was turning this over to the fraud department if they didn't rectify what they have done.

I told her I was taping our whole conversation (let her know this when she first answered) and I expected something done to settle this matter. She "claims" she cancelled my (so called) account and gave me a confirmation number. I hope this is the end of this matter but I don't know.

Please everyone, don't make the mistake I did of trying to receive a "free" trial of any product, because there isn't such a deal. Not only do you have problems with who you order from, they give out your information to others.
