Complaint Review: ACAI Cleanse 300 14 Day Trial

I received and ordered the free trial and paid for shipping. I received a bottle that only had about 12 pills in it. There was a photocopied note that said if I choose to cancel call this number and I will not be charged. Well looked at credit card and there was a charge of $88.97 for the 2 bottles they still shipped after I already cancelled the order. I wasn't going to ingest pills from an open bottle... So I never even tried it. I was told on the phone when I cancelled no problem. Still charged.

Called the 800 number on the credit card bill and got no one. (Sounded like it was answered after a couple of rings and then hung up.) My credit card company said they could not stop the re-occuring charges but did have a different phone number than the one they put on their website. I got ahold of a real live person who claims my "membership" was cancelled. They said that I will receive a cancellation confirmation in my email, but have not seen it yet.. Big Rip Off.
