Complaint Review: Acai Elite Acaixl Fmw Laboratories

I saw the product advertised on oprah and thought it would be worth it for a s&h charge of 3.98. If i was not satisfied i would send it back and would not be charged. the product arrived and of course did not work. I tried contacting the company and was not able to reach them several times.after my credit card was charged 87.83, after being on hold for 26 minutes i spoke to a customer support person who told me a refund would not be issued per terms and conditions.

I asked to speak to someone else since I could not understand her and was told no you speak to me. I asked for the refund department and was told that i could only reach them by e-mail and was given a fraudulent e-mail address.

The next day I called them back and after 12 minutes I spoke to someone else . I asked for the name of a superviser and they told me they were not allowed to give that information. I then received another e-mail address and wrote them explaining the situation. i received a response that it would be looked into and that was it.

I have contcted the better business bureau and found out this company had 427 complaints against them. I filed a formal complaint and have not heard anything as of yet.
I have disputed this with my credit card company who spoke to them and got the same info that i did.
This company operates under many different names and its customer support speak very poor english and will only read script answers when contacted.
