Complaint Review: acai noni - Drireg Regnet

Unauthorized charges to my credit card after signing up for a "free" trail of "acai noni" with a $1.95 shipping fee. Product arrived without company name, address or phone number. There was also no written stipulations included on returning the product or else there would be a $79.95 charge to your account which would be followed by another shipment with the same charges.

When challenged, the person who finally answered the only phone number I had which was included in my credit card invoice, I was told there was nothing I could do about this, that that was part of the "disclosure" on the online offer.

When I immediately notified my credit card company I was told that they could file an investigation 15 days after I notified the company to cancel any further charges.
They also stated that even if I canceled my credit account that this company could still continue to submit routine charges as I had entered into an "agreement" with them. I don't know what recourse I have against a company I don't even know the name or address of.
