Acai Nutraburst SCAM! this company charges a ridiculous amount for something that is supposed to be FREE. When you try to contact customer service, no one answers and when you finally get through they refer you back to their terms and conditions which are almost impossible to find on their website. They charged me a ridiculous amount of $74.94 after the "free trial" period. Corona California
I ordered a product that was supposed to be a "free trial." The terms and conditions reads that you have 14 days to cancel your order or you will be charged $74.94 for the product. When trying to contact the company, you can't get through to speak to a live person. I was not able to connect with this company to cancel this trial. I was then sent another bottle of the pills and a charge statement for $74.94. However, their terms and conditions reads that you will be charged after 30 days, not 14. They go ahead and charge you on day 14, which seems illegal to me. I have filed a report to the BBB and have refuted this charge with my credit card company. I spoke with someone on July 16th and they kept referring me to the terms & conditions and told me that I would be contacted by their legal office within 24 hours. They refused to refund the amount charged.
I hope that someone takes action against this company. They are scamming people!
