Complaint Review: Acai Pure

On 09/04/08 I wanted a free sample of the acai- berry that was referred to as oprahs #1 super food. My account was supposd to be debited $4.95 for the shipping and handling. I received a full bottle of acai-pure, some gum and a bottle of hoodia and was debited $44.95. On 10/09/08 I was debited $39.95 with no product. I did not authorize these charges. I tried calling the toll free number off the internet 4 times. One time I kept repeatedly pushing zero and got put on hold for 9 minutes with awful music and then a recorded message saying all operators are busy try again later. I emailed through the email address they gave over the phone. I left a comment through the customer service address they gave through the website on acai-pure. No response. This advertisement made it sound like oprah was promoting this product and was talking about it on her show.
