Ordered the trial bottle for about $5.95 and didn't think about giving them my credit card. That was a mistake I'll not make online again. As other bloggers here have said, I was informed that burried deep in the internal logic of their advertisement was a clause saying that I was enrolling in a pertetual reorder program unless I cancel within their timeframe, which they have truncated into their mail dates, not your receipt dates. The caveat does not appear on the order form you are authorizing. In short I was charged $88.97. I asked to return their product for refund and was rebuffed, was reread their reorder policies by them in an email to me. They insist upon a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number in order for their warehouse to accept your package. They're probably just trashing un-authorized returns (more mail abuse). My Citicard is going to get my money back, but everyone duped by them should go to the U.S. Post Office and get a form to accuse them of mail fraud; this will result in an investigation, and if enough investigations are generated, they will have to go to court to defend themselves. Get your local TV channel ombudsman to assist if they will. Write to your Congressperson and ask for fraud relief and to put this company out of business. Credit card companies have the ability to help, but not being able to return product reliably is a stumbling block in the process. Ask the credit card negotiator to get the RMA number for you. This company has a philosophy; and that is, that they can take you once for $88.97 with impunity. Make a big stink for them and show them that they can't treat Americans like this!!!

They send you the product, even if their strike date has not yet come. Contact your credit card company and have them open a claim against the company's bank. Acaicleanse300 won't give you a return authorization number, so sent their product back to them insured and return receipted. After a bunch of back-and-forth BS they finally relent. That's what you have to do to win.

In future, NEVER GIVE YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER TO ANY UNKNOWN VENDOR!!!!! If they don't offer a PayPal option, then DON'T buy. These guys aren't the only crooks operating like this out there; they are merely the most brazen I've ever seen. They still should be prosecuted for mail fraud.
