AcaiCleanse300 - Iwin Herbal After receiving a free 2 week trial of Acaicleanse, which had no effect to me. I called and canceled within my 14day Trial Glendale California
I ordered the product on 6/27/08. Iwin Herbal charged my account $1.00 & $4.99 on 6/30/2008. The week of 7/7/08 I received the free 2 week trial of Acaicleanse, which had no effect on me. On 7/17/08 I called (866-440-7533) and canceled.
I recieved another package on 7/25/08 it has not been opened. I called the same above number serveral times before speaking to someone. I was told it will be canceled, and that I didn't need a confirmation number. . I asked how to return the product...I was told I needed a RGA Number to return the product, he said I had to visit the website to get the RGA Number. I can't get them...when I called back the phone number I didn't get an answer...
I called my bank on 7/28/08 to dispute the $88.97 dated 7/15/08.
I received the product information via email "Acai Berry in the Media: ABC, Oprah, CBS News, and WSJ.com all endorsed so I thought it was legit.
