Acaicleanse300 Riff-off!! Whatever happened to customer satisfaction? The trial bottle didn't work, why am I forced to keep the product? Glendale California

I made an $88.97 mistake by trying the trial bottle of Acaicleanse300! The trial bottle did not work. I requested a refund with the understanding that I would return the automatically shipped product unopened. Because I didn't adhere to the 14 day time frame, I am being forced to keep a product that is ineffective.
Whatever happened to standing by your product and "customer satisfaction"?

The company's integrity is on the line if they won't accept their own product back! If a class action suit is filed, I want to be a part of it. I imagine that I am only one of many who has been ripped off by this company!
