I placed ab order with acai in march 2010, for their product because of a promotion code that I found on the internet. After receiving the item, I called and canceled any future orders I explained to them that I saw nothing different in taking the acai products and I no further wanted the. Today may4 2010 I received a new shipment of the product, I called customer care to complain and I told themm that I had canceled all future orders, the person on the other end told me that he saw nowhere on his computer that I had canceled. I asked to speak to a supervisor, he put me oh hold for 30 seconds and then he came back pretending to be the supervisor, saying that they can't give me a refund because the product had already been shipped. I argued a bit with him as of their policy qhich he said that that agreement was in the brocheure I received which is a lie.The only brocheure I received was the one telling me about the items that they sell. This company is a rip off and the products aren't worth the bottle that they bottle them in. I need to what can I do as a consumer to get my refund on this garbage that they are peddling.
