I called the AcaiPure this morning. Waited on the phone for 1.25 hrs for them to pick up.

They said there was a glitch in the site that kept total amount due from showing up when I charged it to my credit card... so, they charged my card the additional amounts afterward!! ***When I submitted my order online to my credit card, their site showed amount due as $4.95 for the "free" sample (for AcaiPure, and again for ColoPure).

They REFUSED to cancel my order!

...even though the products are on back order, and haven't been received at their plant, nor mailed out to me yet. The order was placed 13 days ago. I made it very clear I didn't want any of their products, nor their 'free' sample.

They want me to wait for receipt, then mail it back to them - AT MY COST!
