Complaint Review: ACAIX3

I tried the free trial of this, then decided to cancel because it did nothing but make me feel sick to my stomach. I tried to look up the website and on the bottle and could find no number to call. I then happened to notice I got charged 88.55, I then looked up on line and found a person who complained on comsumer complaints that had a 1-800 number, I called this number and told them that I was canceling my order and returning my products, she said that is fine and gave me a cancelation number and told me to return the product and I will receive credit in 3-5 days.

It has now been a month and no credit back, so I called again today and she said oh the person you talked to just processed a cancellation, and she should of given me an agi number for sending the product back so I could get a refund. I said I already returned the product to the address that was displayed and she simply said sorry nothing we can do and hung up on me.
