In November of 2012 we had repairs done on our RV at Winnebago Industries. After ACC Warranty Group approved the repair of the generator, the repair was completed. When is came time to pay for the repair, the credit card provided by Steve Burgess to Winnebago, was denied by the bamk. According to Steve this was because he charged a large amount on it and the bank wanted to verify the claim.

Steve said he would lift the denial, but it would take an hour. Since Winnebago closes at 3:30 for the week, waiting was not an opiton as it was already 3:15. Steve then advised us to pay the bill and he would send us a check, putting it in the mail that evening.

It is now February and after repeated phone calls to ACC (no contact with Steve), no return phone calls, no answers to emails or mail and no check. We have reported this to the BBB of Indiana, they too have had no reponse. We have also turned a claim into the Commissiner of Insurance, they too have replied telling us it is not a insurance policy it is a service contract. Because of this they can not help us, but after reading the contract, bill, emails, etc. they turned it over to the Attorney Generals Office of Indiana. We have not heard anything thus far from the Attorney Generals Office.

We have since sent an email and registered letter to ACC Warranty Group cancelling our policy. We paid $3800.00 for a 3 year contract. We purcased the contract in December of 2011.

This contract does us no good if they will not pay a claim that was approved, return phone calls, etc.
