ACCC Auto insurance company doesn't accept liability of A Near TO Death accident & TOTALLY damaged car -- Denial of Police Report and tell bunch of different LIES Houston Texas
Several weeks ago, while I was driving in highway, an ACCC insured car hit the back of my car and tollally damaged the car and directed the car out of the street. The driver was driving with an unauthorized speed, not sober and was changing laines in zigzag way. My car was completely damaged, nothing was remained from the back of the car. The police reported the accident that faulty driver was changing laines while he hit the car.
The police report was uploaded in the website 2days after the accident and we mailed a copy of the report to the company. However, after 20 days, the ACCC insurance company claimed that they didn't recieve the report. They didn't even bother to refer to the police website to find the report.
And finally they claim they don't accept or trust the police report! Since the police was not present right at the moment of the accident, which is rediculous.
Denying the police report, the insurance company trust the faulty driver dishonest claim who tried to make the accident seem the reverse.
Now, after about 1 month from the accident the insurance company hasn't accepted the liabilty of the accident and insist on its dishonest claims.

I hope you had insurance.. Either way, your insurance company should be speaking to their insurance company. If you were without insurance, then you should not have been driving. You haven't stated either way . I know I have insurance so my company speaks with their company and then their insurance contacts me when they are at fault. I have been in two wrecks. Both times rear-ended. At at stop light!!!!! The first car was totaled (Pathfinder with a Honda mutilating the back) I did get screwed. Farmers insurance screwed me out of a car, my time , and time I had with physical therapy. I will not make that mistake again... Yet I still don't see where you had insurance. No insurance then SHAME on you. If you did, contact your insurance. Otherwise contact and attorney. But I would think twice if you didn't have insurance..
