ACCC Claims Service, Inc. Didn't Pay For my damaged Vehicle houston, Texas
I had just came out of my parking spot and when I came around the corner I stopped and the other vehicle hit my car damaging my right front bumper. The adjuster came out and took pictures of my vehicle and told me that they will be contacting me in a couple of days. Well, I get a letter from ACCC telling me that their file reflects a coverage issue whereby there may not be coverage under their policy to provide compensation for my loss. The other guy had gotten a ticket for whatever reason and he was in the wrong. Now I have to put out 500 deductible for my car to get repaired. I am furious behind the whole thing. My car is a 2013 Kia Forte and the other guy's car was a 2002 Ford Escort. My car is damaged bad in the front and they won't fix it. This is insane.
