ACCC General Agency, Inc insurance company charged money without authorization, when I warned them in 10 days notice (written letter and fax), that I am refusing from their servicews, and cancelling my insurance with them Houston, Texas

This is the worst company to deal with! They do not want to provide any services, but they are the first to collect money. My agent did not warn me when I signed up for this insurance, that the rented cars are not covered. The working hours inconvenient, they don't answer on week-days. Small irresponsible company. Everything takes long, except when they charge the money. I sent them a faxz (I have a copy of it and a receipt 10 days before!) not to charge my account any more (and I was paying a lot for nothing!), also wrote and sent a letter. They still charged the money! and said it was processed before I wrote a letter. Unbelievable! I had overdraft charge becasue of them, as I paid already to another insurance, and they said $10 fee is non-refundable. Also that it would take 4 to 6 weeks to return my money. I was paying 3 months in advance! And the amount is still pending!

NEVER EVER SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY! No service, only charge.
