I was in an car accident on 9-11-13, the person who was at fault did not have insurance. I filed a claim with my insurance company (Accc insurance) and I am getting the run around big time. I was first told they needed a police report and it would take 3 weeks because they use a third party to get it, well I got a copy myself and scanned it to their office, then they they said they needed to investigate, um...the police report stated I was Not At Fault. My adult son was driving and he does not live with me, but Accc is trying to say something about me not listing him on my policy, I have full coverage, this is ridiculas. Now I can not get anyone to answer the phone, I leave voicemails with my claim number and a call back number and still no word from them. All I want is my car fixed and this insurance cancelled. It is now 10-9-13 and they will not even speak to me and let me know anything. They do not have to chase me each month for my policy payment but I have to chase them down just to get my car fixed, ugh! I never had this problem with State Farm. I would not Ever recommend this company to anyone.

Update on the claim ACCC wont process!

Like my orginal report states, my accident was on Sept 11, 2013, it is now Dec 2. 2013 and ACCC insurance company has yet to answer or process my claim for my "not at fault" accident. They have stopped talking to me all together. The only way I was able to cancel my insurance was to NOT pay those a-holes. My insurance contract was pronounced null and void within 24 hours and I was giving the boot (policy canceled). I called Progressive Insurance the same day and got better coverage for the same amount of money I was paying those crooks, to include discounts, roadside service with tow, car rental, and TOP NOTCH customer service/care (none of which I had with ACCC). I will have to pay for my own repairs to my vehicle but at least I am rid of this worthless excuse for an insurance company. The only reason I went with ACCC was because I thought by going through a third party broker vs. obtaining a company on my own, was cheaper....SO NOT TRUE! ACCC is full of it, and they will find 99 reasons to NOT pay your claim! Cut your losses and stop paying these thieves your hard earn money.
